All facilities, grounds, and vehicles of the Jack & Jill Children’s Center are Smoke-Free, Vape
Free Environments. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in any of these areas.

In addition, team members are prohibited from becoming nuisances to Jack & Jill Children’s
Center’s neighbors by loitering on their property while smoking or vaping.

Any team member or volunteer who has the scent of cigarettes on them or their clothes is not
allowed to remain in the Center. Third hand smoke is dangerous for our children and will not
be tolerated.

Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action.
