3. OUTCOMES

➢ Show evidences that laboratories and shops are well-equipped, functional
and are conducive to learning.

There is a system of conducting inventory as reflected in the Standard

Operational Instruction (SOI) for Supply Management and Infrastructure to ensure
that laboratories and shops are well-equipped, functional and are conducive to
learning. Part of the SOI for Supply Management is regular conduct of inventory of

supplies and equipment and on the SOI for Infrastructure is the monitoring of
infrastructure requirements to ensure that the program requirement is met as stated

on the policies and guidelines issued by CHED.

Aside from the SOIs governing the operations of the university supply

management office and infrastructure office, the IICT computer laboratory technician
conducts a daily tracking on the computer laboratory usage to ensure that all

computer units are always functional and available for use by the students.
