if you are a senior citizen your future is still in front

of you and you can make progress. Colonel
Sanders didn’t even start KFC until he was

collecting Social Security. Grandma Moses didn’t

paint her first painting until she was 85. Cool. So,
let’s all just begin where we are.

I'd further like to dedicate this book to my

friend Rachael. Rachael and I trained as we ran

long distances in the Rockefeller Preserve as she
prepared for her college cross-country seasons. It

was then that I realized that it is young people who

could benefit most from these ideas and that is
what inspired me to write this book to provide key

information to them.
