INTRODUCTION: RICH AS YOU WANT TO BE

Money isn’t everything, but lack of money
sure is no fun. Being broke is so common it is
“normal”. Don’t be normal. Instead be unusual

or weird, and wealthy. And it is all doable. And
             I mean by you.

                  What exactly is a “MILLIONAIRE”?

A millionaire is a person with net worth of more

than $1 million. That used to mean you were rich.
Dollars today are worth less than they were in the

past. So, a million dollars’ worth of assets is not

worth today what it was decades ago. Of course,
you would also have to subtract what is owed

(debts) from their assets to calculate their NET
WORTH. Here are a couple of examples for fun:

                A. Assets $450,000 investments and cash plus

$750,000 house and no debts = $1.2 million

net worth and a millionaire. While the house
is an asset and REAL ESTATE, that part of

it is hard to spend, but it can also go up (or

                    down) in value.
                B. Assets $450,000 investments and a

$750,000 house, but they owe $400,000 on

                                                                      11
