Their solution was to reach out through social media —

               social networks, bloggers, and videos - were both affordable
               and effective ways to reach their audience to popular brew

               bloggers in other countries. It worked.


               It worked—especially in Sweden—but it led a new problem: Suddenly
               they were in the exporting business and they were still short on cash.

               To grow the business, they were going to need some help.





               Life Cycle: BrewDog


               If one were asked to place BrewDog on a life cycle diagram

               denoting its position in terms of the market it would be

               placed in the international business segment- where

               production facilities have expanded from the UK to

               Germany, the USA and Australia.
