In periods of difficulty for an enterprise the percentage of profit going to
VOS may be reduced progressively. For Revda, this meant a reduction
from 30 percent to 10 per cent in the percentage of profit paid. However,
no loans were obtained from the VOS Central Board to aid the
development and introduction of new technologies.
