Vision
Chase’s vision still encompasses the concept of delivery of
an ethical, sustainable, field-to-bottle spirits, in the premium
crafted segment of the market. It strongly mirrors his vision
at Tyrrells.
Knowledge
Like chips, Chase had initially no knowledge of Gin and
Vodka products. However, the process developed at Tyrrells
could be applied to the spirits products developed.
Moreover, he had already started the embryonic production
of vodka at Tyrrells which would stand him in good stead for
gin production at Chase Distillery.
