SE: REUEST FOR SUPPORT
I had finally reached the end of my tether. I had ordered a GoPro camera on
the 16th of June from Simply Electronics Limited.net and by the 27th July the
camera had not arrived.
The following was sent to SE.
“Another week has passed and we are coming up to forty days without
sight of my GoPro camera.
I have checked your website and you consistently show 6 in stock with a
3 to 5 day delivery. Yet after three weeks on priority delivery upgrade
you have still failed to send my product even though you claim it is in
stock.
You leave me little option but to consider cancelling my order. This I
will do on 3 of August by taking out a dispute with you, through my
rd
credit card company as I have little faith in a speedy return of my
money.
You have six days to deliver my camera!”
This was followed up on 30 July after failing to access the SE website. Events
had overtaken SE and their website was blank.
