Step Stages in Preparing a Case Analysis?

Case analysis is, to a great extent, dependent upon the
identification and understanding of the important aspects of

the situation depicted in the case. In order to achieve this

understanding a means to identify these needs and
important aspects may be achieved through following

               process.

There are a number of stages in preparing a case analysis.

               These are:

                       Step1. understanding the case

Step 2. identifying the core problem in the case and
identifying the cause(s) of the problem(s)

Step 3. analysing the issues in terms of the relevant

                                     theory

Step 4. exploring alternative solutions in terms of

                                     appropriate theory, resources and capabilities

Step 5. choosing the best solution

Step 6. Developing an implementation plan and
                                     make recommendations for action.
