It was thought by TSB that better information about the cost

               of current accounts, particularly for those with overdrafts,

               could lead to 10 times more customers switching.


               Aiding this was TSB’s "Marketplace" service for business

               customers on its website which allowed its business

               customers to compare TSB loan deals side-by-side with

               more than 50 other providers.


               To achieve this ‘Marketplace’ TSB partnered with digital
               start-up Funding Options to provide the service.
