Limited Edition Vodka

The exclusively designed Chase LIMITED EDITION VODKA with its

distinctive bottle is exclusively produced for Harvey Nichols stores.

Every year Chase fly’s influential barmen and women from around the
world to visit his farm in Herefordshire to see how the potatoes are
               grown, and vodka is made.

In 2015 Pavel Busygin, director of Chase’s Russian importer Rusalca,

commented that “You might think that selling a vodka from the UK to
Russia is like selling sand in the desert, but it’s not. Chase has a very
interesting angle, being a single estate vodka, which is different and

               attracts attention.” Director.Co.UK

Chase expected growth to be around 60 per cent in 2015, and to hit
               £6.5m in turnover.

Gin: “Our first challenge as distillers was to create the world’s

best vodka – Chase Vodka. And now we have used that as
the base for the world’s finest dry gin.”

It is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made from vodka. It is a spirit

that is then infused with certain botanicals – most notably, juniper.
However, a lot of gins are made of neutral grain spirit often derived from
a cheap, ready-made alcohol which is bought in.

Chase, however, makes two types of gin from scratch: one using its
               potato-vodka base, then flavoured with junipers buds as well as berries;
and one using its cider-apple vodka base, flavoured with Herefordshire-
grown botanicals including Bramley apples, elderflower and hops.

Chase presses his organically grown cider apples, ferments them into

cider, then distil into vodka then re-distil this into gin by infusing eleven
carefully selected wild botanicals and his own naturally pure water taken
from his aquifer that runs underneath his orchards.
