Preferred alternative

A case study solution is action-oriented and is a combination
of ideas used to help you achieve the objective of solving

identified problems. However, it is unusual in any given

situation for there to be a single solution to a given problem.

Consequently, given these multiple solutions always state

what the preferred option is and explain why it is preferred.

How many alternative solutions should you list?

                                                   - There is a good number,

                                                   - five is too many,

                                                   - but one is never enough

               Recommendations

The recommendation for implementation is a brief restatement of the
compelling reasons drawn from your analysis articulating the
circumstances under which it should be undertaken.

A persuasive way to present the benefits/results of your
recommendations is to include key performance indicators, such as:

                                                   - Savings in cost and time,

                                                   - Return-on-investment (ROI) indicators,
