Hostile Attack
The morning of the 10th December saw the CEO sitting at his desk
drinking a cup of coffee and examining the growth figures of the
company when his finance director barges in shouting that they have a
major problem – Continental was buying more shares and had already
added some 13.5% of total shares to their portfolio.
“This looks like the opening gambit of a hostile takeover! ”
