                                    initiative      to     promote        the     cause       of

                                    environmental sustainability.





                                     •  Closing  the  Loop  through  Feedback:

                                    Customers  of  any  of  the  TUI  operators  can


                                    offer feedback through e-mails, after they have

                                    been  exposed  to  the  promotional  material  on


                                    environmental  issues,  through  TUI  or  its

                                    project  partners.  Data  from  such  e-mails

                                    reveals that customers have become sensitive


                                    towards  sustainability  practices  and  their

                                    demands, with respect to sustainable tourism,


                                    are  encouraging  marketers  to  develop

                                    ―environmentally friendly products‖

                                    Tourism  participants  include  the  customers,


                                    employees  and  partners,  who  have  to  be

                                    educated,  managed  and  sensitized  by  the


                                    tourism managers about sustainable practices.
