•  Positioning  the  Project  through  a  Unique

                                    Logo: A project logo has been created which


                                    features  a  blue  cactus  and  an  Iguana.  All

                                    partners  of  the  ―Environmentally  aware


                                    tourism  project‖  use  the  logo  in  their

                                    communication  and  the  promotional  tools


                                    mentioned above convey to the consumers that

                                    would be a wise and poised decision to choose


                                    travel  partners  who  carry  the  Project  Logo.

                                    This positions the proposition of sustainability


                                    as  a  hedonic  need,  among  the  minds  of  the

                                    consumers, thereby propelling them further to

                                    make an environmentally friendly choice.





                                    •     Garnering         Sponsorships         from       the

                                    Government:  TUI  Nederland's  is  not  only


                                    supported  by  all  major  stakeholders  in  the

                                    private  sector,  but  a  sponsorship  of  USD  61,


                                    457  is  given  collectively  by  Netherlands

                                    ministry  of  Agriculture,  Nature  Management

                                    and  Fisheries,  Netherlands  Center  for


                                    Sustainable  Development  and  Antillean

                                    Department of Environment.
