                                    internal/external  customers,  use  the  social

                                    media  to  promote  the  practice  of  sustainable


                                    tourism, since they breathe the concept daily,

                                    during their engagement with any of the entity

                                    from the ‗World of TUI.‘ Further the company


                                    also uses Social media to promote sustainable

                                    tourism       practices       within      the      traveler


                                    community.




                                    • TUI Tour Representatives: All tour guides as


                                    well  as  representatives  inform  the  guests,

                                    during the welcome event, about conservation

                                    of  resources,  endangered  species,  souvenirs


                                    which  are  environmentally  friendly  or

                                    represent  the  cause,  and  ways  through  which


                                    local economies could be promoted.
