In the rating scale column, you could use a numerical scale (e.g. 1-5) or a descriptive
scale (e.g. Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent) to rate each component. In the comments column,

you can provide specific feedback and suggestions for improvement. It is important to
provide both positive and negative feedback, and to be specific and constructive in your

comments. This will help the author or publisher improve the materials and create more

effective language learning materials in the future.
                       5. Evaluation For Print Medium *) (Printed books, Modules, Pamphlets,

                       Manuals)

When evaluating printed teaching materials in language learning, it is important to

consider various factors such as the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of
the content, the organization and coherence of the material, the clarity and

readability of the language, the visual design and aesthetics of the material, the
level of engagement and motivation that the material generates in the learners, the

level of inclusivity and sensitivity to diversity, and the level of accessibility and
usability of the material for learners with disabilities or special needs.

Some specific evaluation criteria that can be used for print medium include:

                   a) Content: The content of the material should be accurate, relevant, and appropriate
for the target audience and learning goals. It should be up-to-date and provide a

                       comprehensive coverage of the topic.
                   b) Organization: The material should have a logical flow and coherence, with clear

headings, subheadings, and illustrations that aid in comprehension.
                   c) Clarity: The language used in the material should be clear and concise, with

appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and syntax. The use of jargon and technical

terms should be limited, and explanations should be provided for complex
                       concepts.

                   d) Readability: The material should be easy to read and understand, with appropriate

font, size, spacing, and layout. The use of graphics, tables, and bullet points can
                       aid in readability.
