frustrated as NONE of the simple and reasonable
recommendations I suggested were put into place.
My client, standing alone, was mentally tortured
with threats and false testimonials by three high-
power attorneys, for hours. She suffered several
panic attacks and ended up in the hospital. While
in the hospital, the judge terminated her parental
rights.
The State Coordinator’s response was, “It’s the
judge’s court; she can do what she wants in her
court.” NOT true! Judges are paid by “We, the
People.” There are rules and standards, which are
unfortunately often totally ignored.
I also wrote to the DOJ-Department of Justice,
which oversees the ADAAA. I have yet to receive a
response on this case. The last time I wrote to the
DOJ, I received a response two years later, letting
me know they would not take the case, as they
were too busy with thousands of other cases.
Very few therapists are aware of this Legal Abuse
Syndrome or trained in court corruption. They tend
to offer therapies which don’t work for this type of
trauma.
According to Dr. Huffer, Legal Abuse is one of the
most insidious types of traumas one can face, as it
