                          Municipal Golf Facility.”

               Oak Brook:
                       • The public safety market continued in design and development of several larger Civic and
Public Safety Projects, including the Downers Grove Civic Center, the Rosemont Public
Safety Facility and the City of Des Plaines Link and Police Station Addition and Renovation.
The team celebrated several important wins for comprehensive facility analysis and
programming study efforts for the Village of Northbrook, IL, the Village of Lincolnwood, IL,
and Village of Oak Park, IL, Village of Sauk Village, IL and the City of Elmhurst, IL.
                       • We are underway on several projects including the Palos FPD Fire Stations No 1 & No 2,
Hanover Township Emergency Services, DuPage County Division of Transportation –
Yellow Freight Building, DuPage County Division of Transportation – 140 Building, and the
Channahon Fire Protection District Fire Station No 2.
                       • After various studies over many years, the City of Des Plaines hired FGMA to complete the
design of a Link entry between the City Hall and Police Station, and 2-story addition
renovation of the police station. The project currently bidding, with construction to start in
March of this year, and the City anticipates a construction value $18 – $20 million. The
project is an urban infill project, taking on a unique shape, informed by site work and a
parking lot completed by the City prior to this project.
                       • Several fire projects wrapped up this year including Streamwood Public Works Addition &
Renovation, Streamwood Fire Station 33 Renovation, Gurnee Fire Station No 3, and Cook
County 911 Renovation, East Joliet FPD Station 51 Addition & Renovation among others.
                       • For the first time in about 5 years, the team has seen a significant uptick in aquatics
projects. Construction completed for the Deerfield Park District Deerspring Splash Pad
and Rockford Country Club Pool Improvements. Design is underway for the Norridge Park
District Community Pool, the Glen Ellyn Sunset Pool and the Royal Melbourne Country
Club Tennis and Aquatic Improvements. Multiple recreation projects were completed
including several miscellaneous renovations for the Park Ridge Park District.
                       • The golf and recreation industry has many opportunities related to Developer Led work or
private clubs. The private country club world has a few major players that own their own
properties and operate autonomously. They include Troon, ClubCorp, KemperSports,
Indigo Golf. We have a long relationship with KemperSports and are currently working
                          with Troon.

                       • In the northern Illinois region, we began design for the Kemper Lakes Golf Club Pro Shop
and Patio Addition, as well as the Royal Melbourne Country Club Aquatic Center
Expansion and Platform Tennis. As part of our desire to pursue work nationally, we’ve
developed relationships in Texas and Nebraska. We’ve had meetings with a developer for
the Long Cove Texas New Golf Clubhouse, which would be a high-end clubhouse south of
Dallas. Our Nebraska pursuit is The Club at Indian Creek in Omaha, which is a Clubhouse
remodeling. In this pursuit, FGMA was recommended by industry partner who assist clubs
                          in strategic planning.
