4. Litchfield Community Unit School District 12 is partnering for the third time to continue to
bring their facilities up to par with the educational programs they provide. It has been an
exciting partnership. The new Litchfield Elementary School will open for Fall 2023 as well as
the retrofitted vocational center which will serve both Litchfield high school students as well as
displaced adult workers. A 11,000 sf cafeteria and classroom addition will bid early 2023 and
will be the second storm shelter in the District. Next up on the agenda is a new six classroom
pre-k facility that we are excited to get underway.
