Texas Region:
FY 22 Goals and Accomplishments
1. Build Texas PK12 Staff
a. FGMA hired Steve Hafer as the Texas Education Leader
b. Ashley Wells was hired as an interior designer in April 2022.
c. Staff recruitment is a priority in completing the Texas education team.
2. Expand Market Knowledge
a. During FY2022, FGMA greatly expanded its knowledge of the Central Texas PK12
market including incumbents, new competitors, consultants, and leaders.
3. Continue networking and relationship building
a. Throughout FY2022, FGMA Texas continued to build its market presence and activity
within educational organizations, conferences, and individual relationship building.
Over the past year we have participated in the following conferences:
i. Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) Mid-Winter Conference
ii. Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) Southern Region Conference
iii. txEDCON: Texas Association of School Administrators and Texas Association
of School Boards (TASA/TASB) Conference
