Significant Projects completed

1. Completed:
a. Austin ISD: Pickle Elementary School Renovation
b. Austin ISD: Lively Middle School Renovation
c. Austin ISD: Navarro High School Renovation

2. On-going Development / Construction:

a. St. Austin Catholic School - St. Austin’s school is currently in construction and the
floor have been framed. FGMA’s primary responsibility is the $32M Parish and School
building, a 5-story structure with a rooftop playground. The program includes twenty-
four classrooms, a gym and locker rooms and open, collaborative learning areas
throughout the school. Despite several pauses along the way, the project is now in
construction, with a targeted occupancy date in July 2023.
b. St. Theresa Catholic School - The Elmer Hall project was bid out and came in over
budget. The project did not proceed into construction phase. Work on the campus
masterplan is currently on-going and is anticipated to include a significant addition
and renovation. The project should proceed into Schematic Design and it is
anticipated that a portion of Elmer Hall would be included with this project.
