• The base proposal assumes one permit issuance at the conclusion of the 26-week design phase schedule. It
includes the effort to respond to all questions and comments by the City of Batavia and incorporate any revisions
during the permit review period to complete a final “Issued for Construction” set.
• The base proposal includes the effort to develop one early release bid package for steel, exterior glazing systems,
and roofing.
• The base proposal includes interior design which includes the selection and specification of all material and color
selections.
• The base proposal does not include furniture selection and specification.
