6. DISCUSS ANY SPECIAL ADD SERVICES YOUR FIRM HAS PROVIDED TO SIMILAR PROJECTS.
FGM Architects has provided signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics and branding on
many of our projects that are similar to this particular project. These elements all work together
to enhance the understanding and experience of a space. We have included finished examples
of these services in the appendix of our proposal.

7. DESCRIBE AND PROVIDE APPLICABLE PRICING, FOR SERVICES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED UNDER
THIS CONTRACT AS ADDITIONAL SERVICES BUT NOT REQUESTED UNDER THIS RFP. IN ADDITION,
DISCUSS THE METHOD THAT YOUR FIRM PROPOSES FOR PRICING AND PROCEEDING WITH
ADDITIONAL SERVICES.

For any Additional Services authorized beyond the scope of this Proposal including: major
revisions to previously approved design documents, high quality interior or exterior renderings,
a physical study or presentation model, or services not customarily furnished in accordance
with generally accepted architectural and engineering practice, FGMA and its consultants shall
be compensated either on the basis of the hourly rates described in the Hourly Rate Schedule
on the previous page for the professional and technical employees engaged on the project or
on the basis of a negotiated lump sum.
