International business experience in the Far East (Singapore), Europe, Mexico, and South America

Property Management:
Current portfolio consists of 29 Associations, divided equally between member controlled and
Declarant Board of Directors, servicing over 3,000 residents, across 8 counties, overseeing a staff of
4 administrators, one of which who handles the covenant enforcements, and 1 associate manager.
Management of on-site 20 story condominium, incorporating maintenance, janitorial, and facility
improvements along with video surveillance and access control systems operation. Responsible for 1
on site employee for janitorial and light maintenance duties.
Management portfolio varied between member residential HOA's, and developer HOA's and
condominiums
Experience in a wide range of management functions including reserve studies, site inspections,
board meetings, annual meetings, collections efforts, insurance investigations on criminal practices,
bid preparation, conflict resolution, exemplary customer service, interpretation of governing
documents and project management tasks.
