12. MEASURE OF MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE
The way to evaluate the management company is to identify whether they have
satisfactorily delivered the services committed to in the Service Agreement.
We are, therefore, suggesting the scope of evaluation be individually identified by Service,
rating each Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory. The following is a brief sample evaluation. We
further recommend that the Board performs this evaluation quarterly during the initial year
and annually thereafter.
