HMS offers board members access to our web-based management software. From
accounting to daily activities, live data of the community may be accessed from any location
24x7.

With the HMS Board interface functions, board members have access to the following:

For the Homeowner

With the HMS Homeowner interface

functions, individual members can view
information about their personal account
any time of day.

Accessible information includes the
following:
 Membership information
 Member’s Account Ledger

Additionally, Homeowners may make payments for their association fees through a bank
draft (“eCheck”) or they may use selected credit cards.

The following pages contain just a few examples of the many screens that board members
may access. And of course, access includes the ability to generate and print reports at your
own convenience.
