 Reviewing policy with Association attorneys
 Submitting bids to Association for selection

 Pool service bidding which includes:
 Identifying qualified providers
 Preparing specifications and requirements
 Verifying provider references
 Submitting bids to Association for selection
 Inspecting pool facilities per inspection schedule to ensure service level

 Landscaping service bidding which includes:
 Identifying qualified providers
 Preparing specifications and requirements
 Verifying provider references
 Submitting bids to Association for selection
 Ensuring services through inspecting grounds per inspection schedule

 Coordination of professional services which includes:
 Identifying qualified providers such as CPA or legal services
 Verifying provider references
 Submitting proposals to Association for selection
Additional Services available for a fee:

 Maintenance bidding & contracting on large project s which includes:
 Identifying qualified contractors
 Preparing work specifications and requirements
 Verifying contractor references
 Submitting bids to Association for selection
 Making periodic payments to contractor as required
 Supervising work until completion
 Fee is 10% of the claim or less depending on the amount of work performed
 Insurance claim filing which includes:
 Securing site on emergency basis
 Developing claim filing plan
 Filing necessary insurance company claim forms
 Obtaining quotes for necessary repair or restoration
 Submitting repair/replacement bids to Association for selection
 Reviewing progress of claim settlement
 Fee is 10% of the claim or determined by the amount of work performed
