Services Included with Basic Financial Package:
24-hour emergency phone access for Association property issues.
Maintains current membership roster, including tenant, offsite owner
address, etc., when available
Sales transaction support which includes:
Preparing real estate Closing Letters
Preparing assessment release and Account Status Letters
Providing proof of Insurance coverage Declaration Statement
Completing Planned Community Questionnaire when necessary
Providing other documentation requested which includes closing agent
Welcome Kits and introduction which includes providing:
Association covenants and rules
Pamphlet describing responsibilities in the Association
Current Association directory, officer list, etc.
Other material the Association may provide
Additional Services Available for a fee:
Clubhouse/pool/facility reservation scheduling for a $45 fee per reservation
which includes:
Maintaining facility reservation schedule
Supplying reservation usage agreement
Collecting reservation deposits
Verifying condition of facilities before and after use
Verifying facility condition post-event
Posting reservation schedule on website
Access System Maintenance for clubhouse/ gate/ pool for an additional fee:
Maintaining computer database of access codes
Updating access schedules of members
