                                                 TAXES AND SUPPORT


                Prepare annually an Income and Expense budget which includes:
                      Reviewing and tabulating prior years expense amounts
                      Estimating expected new expense items
                      Providing and reviewing with the Association the proposed budget

                Prepare Property Tax filing which includes:
                      Gathering necessary parcel tax information
                      Submitting payment to county within discount period
                      Appealing tax assessments as necessary

                Provide Income Tax preparation which includes:
                      Securing the services of CPA for preparation of returns
                      Gathering necessary information for CPA
                      Providing for distribution of completed forms to Treasurer for signature

                Provide cash management of interest bearing accounts which includes:
                      Maintaining the maximum balance
                      Transferring funds to operating accounts only as required

                File Federal Tax notices for Association Vendors which includes:
                      Maintaining records of Vendor tax status and Federal identification number
                      Preparing, filing and distributing Form 1099 as necessary
