Graduation by major field of study
Figure 13 illustrates the distribution of graduates by major field of study in 2024. Most graduates (44%) were in the Business/ Commerce field, while SET had 37%, and Humanities and Education had 15% and 4% of the graduates, respectively. From 2023 to 2024, the number of graduates in Business/Commerce and Humanities remained static, while SET and Education graduates increased and decreased by 2%, respectively. In 2024, among the total of 3,667 Business/Commerce graduates, 2,427 (66%) were female, which is consistent (+1%) with what was achieved in 2023. Similarly for SET graduates (3,039) in 2024, 1,599 (52.6%) were female, which was 2% more than in 2023.

Graduates as a percentage of enrolments within the field of the study is represented in Figure 14. Business/Commerce and SET dominated the number of graduates, although these fields remained static at 44% and 37% (+2%), respectively from 2023 to 2024. The percentage of graduates in Humanities remained unchanged at 15%, while those in Education decreased from 6% to 4% from 2023 to 2024.
