        REGION 1 Website Gets a Facelift! (continued)

        Cranberry  Shores  converted  to  a  HarmonySite  platform  last  year.  The  new  website  has  a  much  more
        updated and professional appearance. It provides a simpler approach to updating documents and emailing
        various groups of members. All elements of the music including the sheet music, the learning tracks and
        the word sheets are in one place. The migration to the new site was a good decision.

        Profile Chorus switched to HarmonySite over the summer and we've had a positive experience so far. We
        love the ability to delegate administrative tasks to the chairs of committees in the chorus.  In the past, all
        content was uploaded and maintained by the chorus' webmaster, creating a burden on one person. Now we
        can share the responsibility based on our roles within the chorus. The robust members-only section allows
        us to make more relevant chorus-related content readily available to members that was not possible in the
        past. Maintaining and updating the public-facing portion of our website has never been easier and it looks
        great compared to the look and feel of our old website. HarmonySite provides event and sponsorship/donor
        management tools that we never had available to us with our former host. HarmonySite provides great,
        thorough, and timely customer service.  HarmonySites web developers responded within 24 hours when we
        needed assistance prior to go-live and continue to provide high quality assistance as needed.

        HarmonySite has given our chorus all of the online tools to organize our membership and events. We
        have  traditionally  used  many  different  platforms,  each  doing  a  piece  of  the  work,  Dropbox  for  music
        storage, emails by hand, invoices through Excel and so on. HarmonySite does all that and more for less
        money! And we all know the value of our time! I am excited that I have been able to also collect digital
        files from members and be able to put them all in one place, no more reinventing the wheel.
