Crunchy Peanut Butter Blast Brownies

1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
¼ cup water
⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
15 peanut-shaped peanut butter–filled sandwich cookies, chopped

Topping
1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup chopped salted cocktail peanuts

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan with
shortening or cooking spray.
