              cake,  and  let  it  run  down  the  sides.  Let         R
              the  cake  rest  for  10  minutes,  then  slice

                 Store this cake, wrapped in aluminum
                                                           If you are nervous about turning this
              foil or plastic wrap, or in a cake saver, at
                                                           cake upside down over a bottle, let it
              room  temperature  for  3  days  or  in  the
                                                           cool in the pan for 20 minutes.Then
              refrigerator for up to 1 week. Or freeze it,
                                                           run a long sharp knife around the edge
              wrapped in foil, for up to 6 months. Thaw
                                                           and invert it onto a rack, then invert it
              the cake overnight in the refrigerator before
                                                           again so that it cools right side up.
