                 are rich and sturdy enough
                                                      BAKING  TIME:  20  TO  25  MINUTES
           to mimic from-scratch pound cake,            ASSEMBLY  TIME:  5  MINUTES

           but also because they don’t taste
           heavy. The extra egg whites not only     20 to 22 paper liners for muffin pans
