INSTRUCTIONS


                1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.


                2 Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Place in a medium
                saucepan and fill with cold water until the potatoes are under

                approximately 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat

                and allow to boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
                Drain the water and transfer potatoes to a large mixing bowl.


                3 Beat potatoes with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2
                minutes. Add 6 tablespoons butter, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.

                Beat until smooth. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time.

                4 Transfer potato mix to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe

                21 (2-inch) solid circles, spaced evenly apart on the baking sheet.
