5 Place a cheese square in the center of each circle and pipe a peak

around and over the cheese, covering it.

6 Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle it over each

peak with a pastry brush.

7 Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.

Serve at an elegant Christmas dinner!
