This patient presented with a distal amputation at the P3 level. In the lower photograph, an
               arterial suture is visible on the left side. On the right side, arterial flow will be directed into a
               venous graft, which will itself be brought dorsally and sutured to a vein, creating an
               arteriovenous fistula to allow revascularization.
