Interfascicular median nerve graft
This patient previously underwent multiple external surgeries and is on morphine due to
severe pain. Resection of the neuroma with interfascicular grafting was decided. The suture
will be done under a microscope with nylon stitches, and tissue glue will also be used.
Discontinuation of opioids was achieved postoperatively.
