Radial paralysis
This patient suffered trauma following a traffic accident, resulting in a humeral fracture. She
presented subsequently with radial paralysis. A nerve graft using the external saphenous
nerve was performed, placing five grafts harvested from the external saphenous nerve of
both legs. Concurrently, a transfer of the flexor carpi radialis to the extensors was
performed.
