Ulnar paralysis , artery and ulnar nerve graft
Ulnar paralysis following a wound to the anterior wrist, resulting in claw deformity of the
fourth and fifth digits, also involving the ulnar artery. After resection of this nerve scar, an
interfascicular graft will be performed. A vein graft will be performed to restore the ulnar
artery.
