Upgrade Kit for KL-0186-14 K

Applicable to Mercedes (OM651), Chevrolet (Z20DMH, Z20D1) and Opel/
Vauxhall (Z22DMH) Diesel engines; as installed, for example, in: Mercedes
C-Class (W204/S204 from 2007 onwards), E-Class (W212 from 2009 onwards),
E-Class Coupé/Convertible (W207/C207 from 2009 onwards), GLK (X204 from
2008 onwards) and Sprinter II (906 from 2006 onwards); Chevrolet Cruce (J300),
Orlando (J309) and Opel/Vauxhall Antara (L07).
The KL-0186-170 upgrade kit enables the injector nozzle puller set KL-0186-14 K
also to be used on the above mentioned engines.

Injector Nozzle Puller with Slide Hammer

Applicable to Mercedes CDI engines OM611, OM612, OM613, OM628, OM646*,
OM647, OM648 etc. (*not suitable for OM646 EVO)
The puller is designed for the extraction of injector nozzles which are only slightly
seized in place, without having to dismantle them or having to remove the cylinder
head from the vehicle.
Its special design enables the puller to be supported additionally by the steel ball in
the valve cover. This will prevent the puller from tilting during the loosening process.
