Cleaning Tool for Injector Nozzle Seat,

Applicable to 1.6 PSA Common Rail Diesel engines on:
• Fiat 1.6 HDI; engine code: DV6, 9HX, 9HY, 9HZ

In a single machining operation, the specially shaped cleaning tool produces a clean Technical Data:
finish on the injector mounting hole, the nozzle seal seat and the small aperture Drive: T-handle
leading to the combustion chamber. Length: 295mm
Indispensable procedure before re-installing/installing an injector nozzle to avoid Cleaning tool-Ø: 7.5/17/17.6/18.7mm
leakage between cylinder head and injector nozzle.

glow plug bore, compressed air can be injected into the combustion chamber so as
to prevent impurities from entering the latter.

With the aid of the KL-0369-55 B compressed air adaptor, which is screwed into the
glow plug bore, compressed air can be injected into the combustion chamber so as
to prevent impurities from entering the latter.
