Suitable for use on PSA 2.0 16V (110bhp, 135bhp) [DW10] HDI Diesel engines as
found in Citroën, Ford, Fiat, Lancia, Peugeot, Suzuki, Volvo etc.
The KL-1383-292 K thread cleaning kit enables the removal/drilling out of damaged
glow plugs as well as re-tapping the original M10x1 thread.

Suitable for use on PSA 2.2 16V [DW12] HDI Diesel engines as installed in
6 Citroën, Ford, Fiat, Jaguar, Lancia, Peugeot etc.
The KL-1383-22-2 K upgrade kit is designed to be used with the KL-1383-291 K
thread cleaning kit, thus enabling the precise removal/drilling out of damaged glow
plugs and re-tapping the original M8x1 thread. It also allows for the repair of
damaged M8x1 glow plug retaining threads by drilling up to M10x1. Then, a new
glow plug along with a threaded sleeve (M10x1 to M8x1) can be screwed into the
cylinder head. With the aid of the compressed air adaptor included in the set,
compressed air can be injected into the combustion chamber so as to prevent dirt
and swarf from entering the latter.
