Thread Repair Kit
for Glow Plug Thread M10x1.25

This tool set allows for the fast and easy cleaning or repair of glow plug threads on
aluminium cylinder heads.
Dirty threads can be cleaned and re-tapped using our thread cleaning tool. Damaged
threads can be drilled up with the aid of the special drill. Then, a new M12x1.25 thread
is cut for retaining threaded inserts with an M10x1.25 internal thread.

If the thread in the cylinder head is damaged, special threaded inserts (internal thread
6 M12x1.25) can be inserted with the aid of the thread repair kit KL-0132-5 K.

Thread Repair Kit
for Spark Plug Thread M12x1.25

This thread repair kit is intended for the repair of spark plug threads on aluminium
cylinder heads. Using the special tap that comes with the kit, the damaged thread can
be drilled out and a new M14x1.25 thread can be recut at the same time to retain
threaded inserts with an internal thread of M12x1.25.
