Alternator Combination Socket

Suitable for use on the rubber-mounted alternator pulleys installed in Renault
and Dacia 1.4 and 1.6 litre petrol engines; as found on Renault Clio, Laguna,
Megane, Scenic and Dacia Logan.
This short two-part alternator combination socket allows for the easy removal and
installation of a overrunning alternator pulley in situ on the vehicle without the need
for removing the alternator. Since the pulley cannot be counter-held from the outside
while slackening or tightening the central nut, the 10mm XZN multi-spline insert is
needed to lock the pulley shaft during the loosening process.

This three-part alternator combination socket allows for the easy removal and
installation of the overrunning alternator pulley when replacing an alternator or a
pulley. Since the pulley cannot be counter-held from the outside while loosening or
tightening the central nut, the socket insert bit (waf 10mm) is needed to lock the
pulley shaft during the loosening process.
