Fuel Return Flow Test/Diagnosis Kit

Universally suitable for vehicles fitted with high-pressure injectors whose fuel
return lines are individually accessible.
The KL-0123-31 K Fuel Return Flow Test/Diagnosis Kit is designed for the
professional measurement of the fuel return flow, return pressure and, optionally, the
return flow temperature in a closed circuit. It allows the user to perform up to five
important measurements/checks simultaneously: the absolute fuel return volume
per injector (ml/min), the comparison of the return flow volume of up to six injectors
at the same time, the return flow pressure (0-6bar), any formation of air bubbles in the
return flow, and optionally, the return flow temperature.
Advantages:
• Short installation time, thanks to a confusion-proof coupling system.
• Designed for virtually all Bosch-, Siemens-, Denso- and Delphi injection systems
(also Piezo).
• In conjunction with an engine diagnostic device, also long-term testing at several
rotational speeds and engine temperatures are possible.
• Pressure gauge and analogue temperature sensor (accessories) connectable.
