continues, life does not support any vacuum. End any job or any offer before it ends your
life abruptly.
Take medical checkup seriously and do it often. Sickness do not send notices before
visiting, but if you are vigilant and proactive, you will know when it is knocking, and
quickly stand up against it. Health is wealth, so they say. Do not joke with your health.
Avoid stress as much as possible. Eat good and balanced diet. Eating well does not mean
eating expensive and processed food. It is not expensive to eat well. You can get fresh
fruits and good foods at affordable prices.
Give back to the society and people around you no matter how small. It is one of the ways
to stay happy. True living is not about how much you get out of life, but how much of
your life you give out. Your life will count on the moments of joy and happiness you
create in other peoples’ lives. Those are the memories that will live in peoples’ heart long
after you have gone.
You do not know when you will die, therefore try to be at peace with yourself, be at peace
with everyone. Forgive everyone who offends you, do not hate. Smile often, make good
friends, appreciate family, visit, and care for the people in your life. Do not be anxious
and desperate over anything, whatever worth dying for is worth living for.
Love is sweet, pay attention to your love life. Either you find love, or it first finds you,
open your door for it but do not be gullible. Do not take your heart on a journey of love
without your brain; some broken hearts may never mend. Take loving care of your body
and physique, you will need it later in life. Do or have more of what you love: music,
sports, fashion, etc. your achievements in doing what you love gives you a sense of
satisfaction. Be true to yourself. Do not live a fake life, do not live above your means.
