do for you and there are things your work can do for you, do not mix it up. You have a
responsibility to work, God has his own responsibility too. To pray that God would get up
and do a task that is solely your responsibility is a waste of prayer. The same way, trying
to do what only God can do as answers to prayer is a waste of time and efforts. You will
never be able to play God’s role! God will never come to play your role! It is wisdom to
know where a balance between your role and God’s responsibility lies. Pray as if the
success of all your job applications and work depends only on prayer. Do all the essential
things you need to do on your part dutifully and diligently as if God would not intervene
or you have not prayed. Work as you pray, pray as you work.
Prayer is telling God that even if you merit your expectations, yet, you cannot do without
him. You want him to take care of all unforeseen circumstances and contingencies.
Praying to court God's favour and asking him to grant you joy, happiness, fulfillment,
and peace of mind on your job is as important as writing the job's application. Tell him
how you feel, what you want, how and when you want it in simple conversational
language. God answers prayers, prayer simplifies your task and minimize your errors. It
gives God opportunity to oversee and bless the work of your hands. Take time to pray.
