WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM?
Crowded space at blood bank for benchwork (GSH and GXM done at the same place)
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Rearrangement of the space was done, by relocate the fridge to other location and adding of the new table/bench to provide adequate space
for benchwork for GSH and GXM test.

WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?
1. More condusive for staff to do benchwork test.
2. Improve TAT as both GSH and GXM can be done at the same time by 2 different personnel
